Every session begins with a short, mindful consultation and a wellness form. This allows me to understand your needs, preferences, and any contraindications to ensure a safe and personalised experience.
Then comes a special moment – the ritual of choosing your essential oil. I invite you to smell and intuitively select the scent that resonates with how you feel today. I may ask: How do you feel? What do you need? Calm? Energy? Deep relaxation? Immune support?
From this point, I begin creating your unique ritual, tailored just for you, in that very moment.
At the end of the session, you’ll be served a warm seasonal drink – tea, matcha or coffee – chosen with care to match the energy of the day.
