Head Spa treatment is not recommended in the following cases
• Pregnancy (especially in the first trimester or if there are complications – consult your doctor)
• Hair extensions / bonded or sewn-in weaves
• Dreadlocks, synthetic braids, or tightly fixed hairstyles
• Recently coloured hair -allow at least 2 weeks (treatment may strip fresh colour)
• Scalp infections (fungal, psoriasis in active phase, dermatitis)
• Presence of head lice or other scalp parasites
• Recent chemical treatments (e.g. keratin, nanoplastia, botox – allow at least 2 weeks)
• Allergy to ingredients used during the ritual (essential oils, ampoules, hair care products – please inform us in advance)
• Open wounds or damaged scalp
• Contagious illnesses
• Fever or general weakness
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Due to limited availability, your appointment will not be confirmed without a deposit.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email – please check your junk or spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
Deposits are refundable only if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
